Peat Replacement
The government has stipulated that it would like to see the UK horticulture industry be peat free by 2020. To achieve this, a large supply of an alternative product needs to be using recycled material, the only viable solution to provide the volumes of replacement product required.
Freeland Horticulture has invested substantially into developing the ground breaking peat free product which retails under the name SuperFyba. SuperFyba is produced from oversize material, a green waste product to create the best performing peat replacement product available for the horticulture sector.
SuperFyba has good water retention qualities, a low nutrient level, is nitrogen stable, lightweight and even looks like peat.
