Millennium Village London`

Greenwich Millennium Village shows what can be achieved with effort and imagination - shaping a new community where people will enjoy living, working or visiting, combining excellent urban design with sustainable construction techniques. Lessons learnt here will point the way forward for building other new urban communities around the country.

British Airways HQ, Hounslow

This seminal development comprises six discrete office buildings linked by a covered street plus restaurant, training, auditorium and gym facilities. The development also contains underground parking for 1,850 cars, 50,000m2 of air-conditioned office space, computer suites, an occupational health clinic, a bank and a Waitrose store.

Blue Water Shopping Centre, Greenhithe

Bluewater’s striking architecture and innovative retail design set it apart from other shopping destinations. Situated in a stunning location towering 50 metre high cliffs, Bluewater is surrounded by over 50 acres of parkland, including seven lakes and a million trees and shrubs.

Canary Warf, London

For centuries, Canary Wharf and London’s Docklands have been a centre of international trade. With the advent of containerisation, the area fell into disuse and the docks were finally closed in 1980.
Within a decade, a new era for Canary Wharf began to take shape and by 2004 one of the worlds major business districts had been created.

TagMclaren Headquarters

A stunning building that literally hugs a man-made lake, which it utilises for the building’s cooling system. It’s semi-circular glass-walled façade follows the contour of the lake, shaded by a cantilevered roof.

Rolls Royce, Chichester

Goodwood is the modern home of Rolls-Royce. Built on a Greenfield site, close to the famous Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit, and nestled into the beautiful Sussex Downs, it’s a fittingly inspirational location in which to build exceptional cars.

Lady Diana Fountain, London

A year in the construction, this £3.6 million attraction remains a stunning creation, and a suitable tribute to The People’s Princess. A great ring of Cornish granite, through which the water swirls and twists in both directions, surrounds a complex, contoured water feature that is unobtrusively beautiful and in perfect harmony with its surroundings.
