Freeland operates a topsoil bagging facility at Rainham, Essex where thousands of bags of topsoil are produced. The sandy loam topsoil adheres to BS3882:2007 and CLEA requirements, for both turfing and landscaping. The topsoil possesses the appropriate characteristics to create high quality lawns. Over the years Freeland has been the major supplier to some of the largest turfing contractors supplying full artic loads to their depots.
We also bag Specialist topsoils that are designed to be more suited for specific applications, such as Lightweight Roof Tops Soils i.e. that which was used on the pavilion at Woolwich Arsenal.
Due to the location of Rainham the Company can supply the London market with topsoil very competitively. We can arrange delivery on artics with or without an offload facility. Smaller loads can also be arranged as can collection from Rainham. If required we can organise timed deliveries.
